You know the old saying ‘it takes a village. . .’? For centuries women gathered together for life’s greatest moments: marriage, pregnancy, birth, and death. Women would gather and support one another through the most joyful and painful moments of their lives. They would offer love, experience, wisdom, and solidarity as they held a sacred space for each other.

I want to hold that sacred space for you.

As a doula, fellow mama, and future midwife, I am here to offer continuous support through this portion of your life. Whether you are pregnant for the first time, laboring with your fifth, bereaved after loss, struggling to conceive, or navigating postpartum life through the toddler years— I am here to say, “how can I help?”
