• 1 prenatal appointment to discuss postpartum goals and support

• 4 (4 hr.) postpartum visits— we cover education, feeding, newborn care, postpartum changes, etc… This includes anything you might need including, but not limited to: sibling care, light cleaning, meal prep, grocery pickup/errands.

Postpartum Help

  *I may not be available to you as I have small children and other commitments. I try my best to make last minute offerings work, but for a guaranteed place on my schedule it is always better to book a birth package in advance!
